Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. At 16, she started training for fitness events after she quit gymnastics. In the year 17 She was granted her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at the age of 16, after which she quit gym class. In just a few years, she was able to earn her Pro Card when she was 17. She became among the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel put off her pro career for six years to pursue her studies. After finishing her college studies Ariel returned to stage in the year of 2015. It was the same as when she was in prior events, such as The Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several years, setting goals every year. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. She became an IFBB Fitness Pro who was the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in history. Ariel took 6 years to complete her degree following her Pro Card award. In the month of October, 2015, she competed again with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage, and was awarded 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations and was happy with her performance. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her physique year after year. Ariel's top body part to work out includes her lower back. Ariel usually performs bent-over row or single arm lat pull-downs (on a machine) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. Ariel warms herself before going towards her sets. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way possible. She combines all of her exercises in the back into three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are what she does.
